Container Office in Wrocław – Modern Workspace by HARDBOX

Discover the innovative HARDBOX container office, located at ul. Zaściankowa 4 in Wrocław. This unique 71 sqm project combines modern design, functionality, and rapid deployment, characteristic of HARDBOX modular constructions. The use of 40 HC shipping containers, shortened to 1050 cm, and a 20 HC container, allowed for the creation of a space perfectly tailored to the client's needs.

Engineered Construction and Finishes

The office structure is based on a robust container frame, with thermal insulation made of 50 mm thick PUR foam, ensuring thermal comfort throughout the year. The interior is finished with oak joinery board, which gives it an elegant and modern appearance. User comfort is enhanced by RED SNAKE infrared heaters/heating film and Haier Tundra + air conditioners with a power of 5 kW.

Functionality and Comfort

The office consists of a spacious ground floor room (36.8 sqm), a WC (3.8 sqm), a social area/kitchen (5.0 sqm), and an upstairs room (26 sqm). An additional advantage is the 9.6 sqm terrace, made of closed profiles, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Electrical installations (three-phase 32A 400V connection) and plumbing (external water and sewage connection) ensure full functionality and user comfort.

The floor is finished with vinyl panels, and the floor thermal insulation is made of 150mm Thermano board.
